Cycling across iconic parts of Aotearoa may seem like a cruisy way to spend 10 days but the reality is – two of our BUSINESS buddies are pedalling themselves to the limit for a good cause.
Jatin Patel and Nirang Shah have already completed the southern part of their Tour of New Zealand and today they are pedalling in the King Country for Unicorn Foundation.
Today, think of their challenge as they make their way to
Tongariro National Park and then spend the next two days knocking off the roads
to Whanganui and then Wellington.
Their very real 630km struggle is incredibly commendable but
what is even more admirable is that Jatin and Nirang are riding to raise
awareness and funds for Unicorn Foundation.
In BUSINESS buddy’s,
power for Unicorn Foundation blog
you can read more about the work the not-for-profit organisation does for people
with neuroendocrine cancer.
Our accounting heroes are joined by 170 riders from around
the world, with many of them supporting different charities.
The weather has been bracingly chilly, sunshine and now,
they may encounter a shower or two.
We can’t wait to hear their tales from the tour!
